We work across the town's established neighbourhoods, from Victorian terraces in Ashley Cross to generous mid-century plots in Parkstone, designing new homes, extensions, and full redevelopments that respect the character of their streets while adding real space and light.
Planning in Poole sits with BCP Council, and we handle the whole process: pre-application advice where it helps, carefully argued design and access statements, and drawings that give planning officers what they need to say yes. - Planning applications in Poole are decided by BCP Council. We prepare and submit the full application on your behalf, including drawings, design statements, and any supporting documents, and we manage correspondence with the case officer through to decision.
- Can you redevelop a bungalow in Poole into a larger home?
- Yes, this is one of our most common Poole commissions. Our Springfield Road project in Ashley Cross turned a tired single-storey bungalow into a four-bedroom contemporary home through extensions and a loft conversion, and similar potential exists across Parkstone and Oakdale.
- Do you take on smaller extensions as well as full rebuilds?
- We do. The same care goes into a rear extension as a £5 million new build. If a project is not the right fit for the practice, we will tell you honestly at the first conversation.
